Switch Lite - complete mess

I was able to buy a switch lite for a ridiculous low price. People had apparently done a prior attempt at repairing. I knew I was in for a wild ride :-)

Upon receiving, the battery was dead as a dodo, not a good sign… So I charged it up manually a bit. Immediately, I notice the connector for the interconnect was burnt… Someone swapped this USB port :-)

I noticed some damage to the connector for the LCD as well. This will be an interesting fix…

After charging the battery, and replacing the LCD connector, I tried booting up and… More issues!

This is a classic error on Switch Lite / Switch, when there’s a faulty M92 PD charge controller. I think we can safely say, this is why they must have replaced the USB port at some point. Replacing the controller fixed this error…

But, we also had to replace the interconnect connector, because the shoulder buttons weren’t working :-)

And that’s it - we have a functional Switch Lite again!
